The role purpose and scope: -

  • Manages a portfolio of recurring daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly cross-functional programs.   
  • Track and report metrics and analytics for each program  
  • Manages Releases at product level which includes
  • Working with all product managers to close in requirements 
  • Working with all stakeholders to arrive at release plan and milestones 
  • Create and maintain release dashboards 
  • Run Daily and weekly release triage meetings 
  • Ensure all entry and exit criteria is met for release 
  • Work with Customer success team and Sales team to identify gaps in requirements and process and work on improving them 
  • Create and Maintain Product and Engineering metrics dashboard; keep updating them with latest data 
  • Communicate release progress and Risks clearly and in actionable form to senior executives 
  • Collaborate and Work with other Technical Program Managers to define and implement organization-wide processes improvements.  
  • Willing to learn and try out Soroco products and provide value to company.    

Experience and skills

  • 6 - 8 years of experience in Software Development Life Cycle of which a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in program management. 
  • Experience in guiding teams by using Agile Scrum methodologies to deliver software. 
  • An excellent process-oriented thinker who can manage risks across programs 
  • Outstanding communication skills appropriate for executive-level audiences visually communicating goals of programs. 
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills  
  • Experience working on products is a plus.  
  • Scrum certification or a PMP certification is plus 
  • Knowledge of Scrum/devops and devops tools (Azure devops or  Confluence+JIRA) is required.
