Your role at Sora
We know employee onboarding is absolutely critical, but so is customer onboarding!
You'll be on the front lines leading every new customer implementation and diving deep into your customers' processes, culture, and team to build the perfect employee workflows tailored for every customer. You'll be hands-on throughout the entire implementation process executing a clear and consise project plan and ensuring that we're delivering on everything promised in the sales cycle. As timelines change and obstacles emerge, you'll expertly navigate around the challenges and figure out ways to keep the implementation moving along.
By the end of every customer engagement, you may even find yourself considered a honorary member of their HR and People organization.
Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Fantastic written and verbal communication skills with serious attention to detail
- Extremely creative thinker and open to new ideas/experimentation
- Organized and can prioritize a bunch of different projects at the same time
- Experience with the HR technology stack is a plus, but absolutely not required
