As Creative Planning Senior Officer, you will play a key role in helping our artists take their careers to the next level. Your character will be responsible for the artist's concept, style, and positioning as well as the music they release. This is a unique opportunity to influence listeners around the world through music.

What you will do:

  • Responsible for the end-to-end creative planning and execution of various music projects, from idea initiatives, budget planning til on site execution and after projects review
  • Knowledge on both international and local music trends ,have analysis on the trend, and practical application. 
  • Creative writing and planning skills
  • Business collaboration opportunities for artists and creative projects
  • Discover new generation of talented artists.
  • Develop new creative content under SONY Music's resources.

 

Who you are:

  • 2-3 years of creative planning work experience, familiar with the full cycle of creative planning projects, independently completed more than 5 projects.
  • Sensitive analysis of market trends, artist needs and competitive landscape to generate different creative methods, concepts and techniques.
  • In terms of graphic designers, coaching teams, fashion PR, etc., you have a wealth of resources and contacts to help projects run smoothly
  • Creative, innovative, results-oriented professionals
  • Excellent communication skills and enthusiastic collaborator, able to work well with team members and external partners
  • Have youtube/IG/ticktok/twitter overseas platform operating experience
  • Have work experience in influencer content team or MCN company and have participated in important projects
  • Have a well-run social media account or have been working on content projects with good results
