The Senior Client & Video Services Manager will act as a relationship and project manager with some of our most important artists and distributed music and video clients. You will also be the dedicated channel manager for a roster of premium Philippines-based video partners

What you'll do:

● Manage relationships with independent labels, managers, and artists.
● Manage release processing logistics within The Orchard’s distribution system for digital music and video formats
● Provide customer service and support for distributed clients in adopting The Orchard’s proprietary client tools and technology
● Maintain close relationships with retail partners to secure promotional opportunities
● Work closely with regional and global colleagues to cross promote content
● Responsible for managing a roster of high priority clients and channels across the Philippines partnered with the Orchard’s MCN from initial launch through to channel strategy, programming and optimization work.
● Provide on-going priority channel support including – programming advice, optimizations, channel analysis/monthly reporting, troubleshooting general partner questions.
● Provide an extraordinary level of support for Video Services clients & internally (client managers, etc.) to ensure that video content related issues get resolved immediately.
● Perform channel & video audits for key clients - advising & executing on key takeaways.
● Track, analyze, and report on channel & category progress, using metrics like CPM, viewership,and subscriber demographics.


Who you are:

●Experience working within a label, artist management or distribution system managing releases, projects or relationships
● High level of knowledge with digital retail outlets, release timelines, and marketing opportunities
● Knowledge of social marketing, online video platforms, digital advertising, and online promotional outlets
● High level of awareness and passion for independent labels and artists
● Supreme organizational skills + written and verbal communication skills in Tagalog and English,with ability to stay cool under pressure, dealing with challenging personalities
● Experience overseeing financial and sales analytics data
● You are relationship-driven with a creative and analytical mind, with the ability to work proactively
and autonomously.
