The Manager, Creative Marketing will serve as a member of AWAL's marketing department.  This role requires comprehensive communication and coordination both internally and externally in order to keep projects moving forward while maintaining the overall message and brand.  This is a unique opportunity to influence how music reaches listeners around the world.

What you'll do:

  •  *   Work with A&R and creative teams to gather all necessary assets to meet delivery deadlines.
      *   Participate in creative planning and asset creation to create big marketing ideas and ensure a continuous flow of content surrounding each artist.
      *   Partner with artists, managers, and all departments to create, maintain, and evolve artist brands.
      *   Implement digital plans, social media rollouts, and DSP campaigns across roster of artists
      *   Manage relationships with freelance content creators to implement unique assets and strategy around artist rollouts
      *   Manage the creation and distribution of marketing tools and assets around release campaigns
      *   Manage music releases, maintain campaign timelines, and oversee release logistics.
      *   Initiate well-thought-out plans for music releases
      *   Create weekly marketing reports and communicate updates to brief teams on all release information and ensure results are communicated efficiently.
      *   Work closely with artists and management to communicate goals and plans for each release.

  • The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $60k to $65k. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for.  The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job
