The Global Business Office (GBO) of Sony Music Entertainment’s Global Finance function drives transformation initiatives and special projects across Sony MusicAs a member of the Intelligent Automation program team with the Global Business Office (GBO), you will be a hero to your business partners as you drive automation initiatives from start to finish, working closely with business stakeholders to define the process, quantify benefits, and set reasonable expectations. You will then work with the development team as they turn the analysis into reality, working with your stakeholders to provide additional information as required, and driving the project to completion. What you'll do:
- Identify opportunities to apply innovative automation leveraging the Blue Prism Cloud platform for process improvement
- Collaborate with GBO leaders and business stakeholders across Sony Music functions to identify opportunities for automation
- Provide recommendations for re-engineering processes to improve automation potential
- Lead continuous improvement meetings, document clear actions and enable timeline achievement
- Evaluate processes for automation suitability and readiness
- Assess complexity, benefit potential, and level of effort for process automation candidates
- Help prioritize use cases for maximum return
- Turn ideas into reality
- Engage stakeholders in securing detailed business process documentation, ensuring accurate and complete capture and translation of business needs into effective design and development requirements, including controls and governance
- Build and maintain project timelines that reflect the complexity of the automation
- Work with the project team to drive efficient and agile delivery of the automation use cases and address questions/roadblocks
- Develop automations within the Blue Prism Cloud platform
- Develop automations to help realize the value of the platform
- Follow best practices as defined by the organization and actively add to/improve those best practices
- Provide analytical support
- Develop detailed business cases to support process analysis and use case selection
- Utilize expert Excel and analytics skills to track benefits, maximize utilization, and gauge the overall health of the platform
- Develop dashboards and other reports to support performance management of the automations
- Support development and delivery of executive updates on progress, ROI and other relevant analysis
- Follow up regularly with business teams to ensure that automations continue to provide the expected level of benefit and identify additional tasks the digital worker could perform in the process
