Reporting to the Head of Catalog and working closely with the catalog teams in the Latin Iberia region the Temporary Manager of Catalog Marketing will help our artists connect better with their audience’s regional and internationally. Manager of Catalog Marketing will play a critical role in maximizing the success of our releases by leading the process of goal setting & performance tracking.
What you'll do:
Pro-actively expand audience for artists and for platforms.
Manage relationship with Sony affiliates throughout Latin America and Iberia, creating strategies for catalog for territories all Sony Music catalogue repertoire.
Coordinate marketing and PR plans and strategies for our releases across multiple territories, platforms, and media
Analyze the impact of campaigns via assessment of campaigns performance across key platforms looking at different key indicators
Coordinate artist activity to support marketing efforts.
Contribute creatively to the strategic development of our artists and music, exploring and discovering opportunities, identifying business trends, and providing creative ideas.
Develop initiatives to increase the reach and engagement of our artists.
Who you are:
You have 3-5 years of experience in the music or entertainment industry and knowledge of the marketing strategies used in the industry.
A creative and organized professional that can handle multiple projects simultaneously working in collaboration with many teams.
You understand the streaming platforms like Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon, Deezer, Pandora, etc. and how to navigate the relationships with their representatives.
You have a strategic mindset and are an excellent team player that exhibits passion, innovation, motivation and interpersonal skills.
You are a strategic thinker and an effective communicator with written, verbal and presentational abilities.
You are fluent in Spanish and English, both spoken and written.
