Business Analyst - Consumer Experience
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Consumer Experience team.
Utilize data mining, predictive modeling, and thorough reporting to safeguard and improve customer experiences across the PlayStation Network & within best-in-class game content
Design and implement complex analyses to identify, predict, and minimize online toxic behavior and the associated business impacts
Provide in-depth analysis to support decision-making around new feature introductions, policy changes and process improvements at a global level
Key collaborator with the Consumer Experience team, Product Engineering and BI teams to improve data capabilities specific to social safety and platform engagement to identify and prioritize key focus areas in a dynamic environment
BA/BS Degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science or related field
8+ years of experience in analytics, data engineering, or related role
Experience using advanced SQL in a business environment with large-scale, complex data sets
You are very familiar with Tableau or similar BI visualization tool
Fluency in data analysis, including defining critical metrics and communicating about data to inform the success of the business and its features
You are comfortable giving definition to ambiguous problems. Can do this independently with limited mentorship
You have an eye for details with superior organizational skills.
Proven ability to run and prioritize workload and roadmaps
You posses excellent written and verbal communication skills
