The Role 

We are seeking a talented and experienced LiveOps Producer to join our in-house Production Team. In this pivotal role, you will drive the continuous improvement and growth of our live games. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of our live gaming services, ensuring our players enjoy a seamless and engaging experience. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, maintaining the game’s vision and quality standards in all releases delivered to the community.

This role can be based in either Berlin or Helsinki.

Responsibilities 

  • Execute the live strategy, including go-to-market plans for new features, events, and content releases, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and team objectives.
  • Work closely with product management, design, engineering, creative services, and marketing teams to coordinate and execute releases.
  • Collaborate with teams on planning, scheduling, and coordinating game releases. Support all services with corresponding plans and required information, such as patch notes, known issues, and support FAQs.
  • Ensure deliveries and execute action points based on reports related to game metrics, user feedback, and market trends to optimize game content and player experience.
  • Liaise with the community management and support teams to understand player needs and preferences, enhancing player satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with live operations, ensuring the stability and reliability of the game.
  • Collaborate closely with the product team to plan and strategize content development, ensuring it meets player expectations and game objectives. Schedule agreed events via backend tools and drive them through pipelines (QA, marketing, etc.).

Requirements 

  • 5+ years of experience within production, preferably with live ops focus
  • Strong understanding of live operations and game development processes
  • Great problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, like Jira, Confluence, Flow by Autodesk, etc.

The ideal candidate will also have 

  • Strong understanding of live game KPIs
  • Experienced at collaborating with product managers in refining mobile game experiences
  • Ability to travel between studios once a quarter
