Position Overview: The Commercial Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting the commercial team in Brazil with all operational demands and assistance in the construction of reports and commercial analyses. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. The ideal candidate should possess a proactive attitude, organizational skills, and the ability to work across various hierarchical levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Registration in Retail: Responsible for the registration of products in the retail system.
- Support for Account Managers (CM) in Delivery Scheduling: Assist in coordinating delivery schedules for Account Managers.
- Order Operations: Receive forms, format them, and send them for approval from each Account Manager before submission to the Operations team.
- Support in Promo Sys Process: Open activity models, monitor deadlines, and ensure timely submission of proofs.
- Commercial Campaign Presentations: Collect and consolidate information, and liaise with each Account Manager to gather insights and learnings from commercial campaigns.
- Support the commercial team in collecting weekly sales information (ST).
- Participation in Weekly Meetings: Actively participate in weekly meetings to provide updates and insights.
- Ad hoc Commercial Analyses: Perform ad hoc commercial analyses as per business needs and for each Account Manager.

Education and Experience:
- +2 years in a similar role
