Using your extensive knowledge and experience as a leader in game development, you ask the right questions at the right time, while considering the stage of development, the nature of the game being developed, as well as the studios’ culture and ways of working. It is in your nature to invite constructive deliberation, informed weighing of pros/cons and promote transparency between all parties and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive, manage and facilitate the global portfolio title review process across PlayStation Studios, including tracking and reporting on multiple projects in various development stages, coordinating internal reviews, assisting in collecting and reviewing materials, and driving follow-up actions.

  • Continuously develop, refine, and implement process improvements.

  • Develop and use operational KPI’s focused on increased process maturity.

  • Ideally your game development and publishing experience covers traditional single player games as well as GaaS/Live Service games, including post-launch.

  • Ability to review & analyze development stage deliverables; creative, financial, and business related and assist in determining if a wide range of different games are tracking as expected and according to schedule.

  • You are familiar with a wide range of “tools of the trade” to validate assumptions about a game development project, for example: various ways of doing user research & playtesting, using metrics and forecasts from comparable game projects to validate planning assumptions, et cetera.

  • Excellent and personable communicator; with a track record of engaging partners across multiple departments and teams, balancing diplomacy, tact, and credibility.

  • Strong presentation skills and experience collaborating and facilitating communications with global teams across different time zones and all levels of the organization.

  • Highly proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc. (and ideally their Google Suite counterparts)
