As Internal Distribution Account Manager you will be working with EMEA Distributors, supporting the Distribution EMEA Director focused on delivering support and pro-active engagement to drive new, processes, business sales and to hit quota.

Duties & Responsibilities
Provide Account Management to Distribution Partners via the phone and email, ensuring that they receive an excellent service
Provide fast response times to quote requests and queries
Work with your Distributors and the Regional Channel Teams to identify upsell and cross sell opportunities
Ensure partners deal register new business opportunities
Send out relevant communications where required – marketing content, pricelists etc
Active role in QBR preparation and presentation. Help identify any trends, patterns emerging etc in Distributors or wider business
Ensuring all orders get processed correctly, credit is good, the teams are aware of what’s needed before it reaches us
Ensure stocks are correct in the distributor for current and future business
Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of SonicWall products, services and that of SonicWall competitors
Assist with distribution education and training appropriate to the distributor
Keep regular contact with your distributors through videos calls and emails
Negotiate with (and through) partners in competitive situations in order to ensure that SonicWall is the preferred vendor
Drive high renewal and upgrade rates by ensuring distributors focus on their renewals and upgrades.
Drive Net New partner acquisition
Pro-actively manage processes and where appropriate closure off Open Partner opportunities
Monitor and report on Partner incentives
Report on Distributor forecast, sales and technical training

Experience & Skills
Knowledge/experience of working with distributors
Telephone Skills
Previous use of CRM system Sales Force
Familiar with Excel
Ideally IT security industry experience or software sales experience
Experience with working towards a sales target
Ability to build mutually beneficial business relationships
Ability to work with a high volume of distributors and Partners
Strong communication skills
Languages: English and prefer a second language French/Italian
