Position Summary:
The Human Resources Analyst will play a vital role in analyzing and optimizing HR processes by leveraging strong technical skills, expertise in compensation and benefits, and advanced report writing capabilities. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate data into insights, drive process improvements, and support key HR initiatives to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement in areas such as recruitment, retention, turnover, and employee satisfaction.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and dashboards for HR metrics, providing insights for strategic decision-making by management.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within HR information systems (HRIS) and other reporting tools.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages that attract and retain talent.
- Support compensation strategy development, including salary structure maintenance, job evaluations, and annual compensation reviews.
- Provide support in administering health benefits, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, and communicating effectively with employees about available options.
- Serve as the technical point of contact for HRIS updates, troubleshooting, and system enhancements.
- Lead or assist in the implementation of new HR technologies, such as HRIS upgrades, applicant tracking systems, and performance management platforms.
- Track, document, and resolve user-reported issues within agreed service levels.
- Partner with IT and vendors to ensure technical solutions align with HR objectives, data privacy standards, and compliance requirements.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate HR processes, ensuring efficiencies that enhance employee experience and optimize resource allocation.
- Maintain documentation on processes, workflows, and system configurations for HR and IT reference.
- Monitor HR policies and practices to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations, particularly concerning benefits and compensation.
- Generate and manage compliance reports, ensuring all HR documentation is updated and maintained in accordance with internal and regulatory guidelines.
- Support compliance initiatives by ensuring data handling practices align with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Act as a key resource for employees and HR team members regarding technical inquiries related to HR systems, compensation, and benefits.
- Support HR project teams by analyzing data requirements, configuring systems, and participating in user acceptance testing.
- Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to support employees in understanding and using HR systems effectively.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 4 to 6 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on compensation, benefits administration, report writing, and technical systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with HR software implementation and process automation projects.
- Familiarity with compensation and benefits trends, benchmarks, and regulatory requirements.
- Certification such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) is a plus.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with HR information systems (e.g., Paycom, UKG), Greenhouse ATS, Learning Management Systems, Compensation Systems (Payfactors, ERI) data analytics tools, and Microsoft Excel for reporting.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience in drafting reports and presenting findings to leadership.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset, with proven experience in data collection, interpretation, and reporting to drive business decisions.
