About the job:

Technical Support Representatives will provide customer support and technical issue resolution via phone, email and other electronic mediums.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide customer support and technical issue resolution via phone, email and other electronic medium

  • Configuration of customer equipment and/or software to connect to the internet

  • Obtain general understanding of OS and application operations related to company offered services

  • Troubleshoot or advise on operations issues in customer computer systems

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customers’ Sonic connectivity, email and/or webhosting related issues

Must-haves:

  • Ability to think logically and problem solve

  • Friendly, can do attitude

  • Eagerness to learn

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills

  • An interest in computer systems

  • Proficiency in internet related applications such as email clients, FTP clients and web browsers
