About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented B2B Growth Marketing Manager to drive our demand generation, sales enablement, and account-based marketing efforts as we build our nascent B2B business. In addition to its robust D2C business, SonderMind is expanding its national reach through various critical B2B businesses:

  1. Partnering with health systems, to drive physician referrals of new patients;
  2. Partnering with Veterans Affairs (VA);
  3. Partnering with provider directories (e.g. ZocDoc and Psychology Today)
  4. Partnerships with other payors and digital health partners

As B2B Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across multiple channels to generate qualified leads, engage critical enterprise partners, and increase revenue.  The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of growing B2B businesses from 0 to 1, developing and executing company-wide growth strategies, managing paid advertising campaigns, creating organic, lifecycle, and content marketing collateral, leveraging data-driven insights. This is a very special opportunity to have a front-row seat to growing our B2B business into a robust engine of growth. This role reports directly to the Lead, B2B Growth Marketing.

Essential Functions

SonderMind is seeking a hands-on, strategic marketer responsible for driving growth through targeted demand generation, sales enablement, and account-based marketing strategies. This individual will work closely with sales to identify high-priority partners, develop customized engagement strategies, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to build pipeline and ultimately generate revenue. This is an individual contributor role but will collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams to adjust strategy, execute and measure impact. This is an execution-heavy role, and we are looking for a scrappy self-starter who is highly self-motivated, strategic, and low-ego, who gets high caliber work done with a bias for action.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Health System Segmentation: Conduct analysis and segmentation in partnership with Sales to identify and tier target health systems based on opportunity size.
  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Design and lead 1:1 and 1:few ABM campaigns that align with each stage of the buyer journey, delivering personalized and impactful outreach through various channels, including paid media, email, content, direct mail, and events.
  • Collaboration with Sales: Partner with sales leadership and marketing functions (content, product marketing, operations) to ensure messaging, campaign assets, and tactics resonate with targeted account audiences and address their specific needs and challenges.
  • Budget Management: Manage the B2B marketing budget with a focus on ROI, prioritizing high-impact tactics that drive pipeline contribution and revenue growth.
  • Develop sales enablement materials by creating pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, white papers, thought leadership content, and other sales enablement materials to support the sales team in fostering relationships and closing deals with health systems.
  • Design and execute targeted account-based marketing campaigns for high-priority health systems and referral partners, optimizing for engagement and conversion.
  • Plan and organize webinars, conferences, and in-person events to connect with health systems and partners at industry-leading gatherings. You’ll be responsible for managing the SonderMind sponsorship and event activation at the HLTH, ViVE, and Behavioral Health Tech (BHT) conferences.
  • Measure, track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights to leadership and recommended adjustments to improve KPIs such as lead volume, conversion rates, pipeline growth, and ROI. Forecast demand generation results and track progress against KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Provider Marketing: Develop campaigns and content to engage therapists and psychiatrists, fostering a sense of support and community.

What does success look like?

  • Seamless Sales Alignment: Establish a strong partnership with the Enterprise sales team, resulting in an efficient lead scoring, handoff, and follow-up process that improves lead-to-opportunity conversion rates.
  • Achieve Health System Pipeline & Revenue Targets: Consistently meet/exceed quarterly and annual pipeline and revenue goals through successful demand gen campaigns that drive high-quality health system leads and conversions.
  • High-Performing Campaigns: Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns that meet or exceed KPIs, including lead volume, conversion rates, and engagement metrics, while effectively nurturing prospects through the funnel.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Regularly analyze and leverage data to refine and enhance demand generation strategies, resulting in continuous improvements in campaign effectiveness and overall growth marketing performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Successfully partner with content, brand, product marketing, and marketing ops teams to create campaigns that resonate with target personas and address pain points at each stage of the partner journey.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
