IT Specialist

We are part of Asurion, a leading mobile services company. Out of our cool HQ that is located in the middle of Rothschild blvd. Tel Aviv, our team develops applications that serve customers around the world - from San Francisco to London, Tokyo and Melbourne.
We're looking for a service-oriented IT technical support engineer to join our IT team and contribute to the day to day IT projects and operations.
Responsibilities
- Own the employees’ IT onboarding process
- Own all internal day-to-day IT operations (tech-savvy employees) in a mixed Microsoft and Apple environment
- Support our various networks, applications, services for internal customers
- Responsible for the performance and setup of internal systems and equipment, including asset management and procurement
- Take part of the internal IT projects along other IT team members
Our ideal candidate
- Has vast and proven hands on experience in a similar role (Helpdesk/T2 Support/IT Specialist / IT support) with (Macs & Windows)
- Has deep knowledge and understanding about IT systems (on prem and dosted services)
- Is patient and solution-oriented, with top-notch listening skills
- Enjoys troubleshooting technology and helping others
- Is passionate to learn about a variety of technology platforms
- Experienced in technical environments, and is tech savvy
- Is extremely flexible and is willing to take on whatever the task at hand is
- Has excellent communication oral and written, interpersonal skills in Hebrew and English
- Great team player with a strong sense of service
- Full time position with willing to work off hours from time to time
