The Marketing Manager is responsible for the planning, management and execution of marketing efforts in support of the Solsten brand. Responsible for taking strategic vision and creating best-in-class brand experiences through marketing tools and communications materials.

A successful candidate will have well-developed knowledge and skills in managing marketing work in support of a variety of organizational efforts. As part of the core of the Solsten marketing team, you will confidently maintain a high level of quality in the work. You partner with others within marketing and across the organization to initiate strategic assignments. You create and meet timelines, facilitate creative kick-offs and reviews, manage and allocate resources, and thoughtfully keep an eye on what’s ahead without losing focus on current efforts.

You are a creative problem-solver, identifying and implementing the right software and tools to help manage the work.   • Partner across teams, the business, and product owners to develop and execute effective plans to increase brand awareness and adoption of our products
  • Work closely with the VP of marketing to execute initiatives targeting different stages of the customer journey - from brand awareness campaigns to loyalty programs, you will play a central role in strengthening our customer experience.
  • Responsible for all aspects of the project lifecycle - initiation, planning, execution, monitoring/control and closing. Primary accountabilities include, scheduling, timelines, data collection, budget management, and problem solving. Problem solving is critical in this role and must be done in the vane of process improvement to drive efficiency and identify any potential risks related to projects.
  • Set, measure and optimize marketing plans based on established KPI’s.
  • Creating project timelines and budgets
  • Building and maintaining external vendor relationships when appropriate


  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • You bring a minimum of 4 years of marketing experience, ideally from agencies or SaaS companies
  • You possess strong problem solving & analytic ability
  • You have strong project management skills required to develop and execute cohesive, integrated marketing strategy within a fast-paced environment
  • You have excellent communication and influencer skills (oral and written)
  • You are quality-focused; detail-oriented; ability to prioritize and multitask
  • You have the proven ability to handle multiple projects
  • You bring a strong passion for all of the following: games, psychology, personalization, player-centered experiences, and a high motivation to build
  • a deep understanding of our products and translate the value to our customers.
  • You listen well. You create alignment by default and can drive hard decisions when needed. You push the pace. People love working with you.
  • Last but not least, you possess excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise and shift workload to meet deadlines.
