We are looking for an experienced and innovative Medical Director who is passionate about patient care and clinical excellence.

As a key member of the Colorado leadership team, you will inspire and lead clinical quality across the Colorado market. This includes assessing and upgrading existing medical care standards and providing leadership and coaching to clinicians. You will report to the Chief Medical Officer and partner closely with the leadership team to develop and implement strategies across the Colorado market.

How You Will Have an Impact:

  • Engaging as a thought leader with community resources, health plans, and strategic partners as an advocate for our integrative, multidisciplinary care model.
  • Reviewing existing medical care standards, protocols, practices, and policies; developing benchmarks to ensure that patients are receiving high quality care.
  • Implementing Quality Assurance programs, including chart and performance reviews for Clinical Directors and clinicians; developing a system of peer review.
  • Creating a positive culture that improves client and clinician satisfaction.
  • Developing the clinical team; hiring, retaining, and coaching the best Clinicians.
  • Developing educational, communication and advocacy programs and forums for clinicians regarding quality, patient safety, leadership development and clinical integration.
  • Seeing patients in an outpatient clinical setting either in-person or via telehealth.

We Seek a Medical Director That:

  • Is a Colorado Licensed Physician, with license in good standing.
  • Holds a Colorado DEA License (or able to apply and obtain without encumbrance).
  • Is Board certified in General Psychiatry.
  • Has 2+ years of experience providing medical direction and supervision.
  • Has experience and knowledge of psychiatric and psychological care at different levels including knowledge of current medical, educational and psychosocial intervention models.
  • Understands evidenced-based clinical treatment methods.
  • Has a high degree of integrity and a positive attitude, with demonstrated leadership ability.
  • Comfortable with patient facing responsibilities of around 20%

Salary Range: $250,000 to $300,000 with bonus potential
