Solid Power is seeking a Sr. PMO Manager to join our talented team working to revolutionize the battery industry through the development of next generation, all solid-state rechargeable batteries. As a member of our Program Management team, you will work in close collaboration with the Senior Director of Program Management to develop a full suite of standards, templates, and procedures to assure consistent oversight of Solid Power programs from inception through execution and close-out. This is a critical position that will be essential to making Solid Power’s partnerships and product development efforts a success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background supporting product development programs in a high-tech environment and is comfortable managing communication across many levels of an organization.
Providing financial reports and budget outlines for all programs.
Analyzing financial data, including program/project budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
Work cross-functionally to develop standard reporting templates for monthly and quarterly program financial and administrative reviews
Drafting new and improving existing project management office policies and processes.
Manage gate reviews cadence for all programs and create templates for APQP/NPI gate reviews.
Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines.
Accurately documenting the project's creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or a related field.
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or Project Management coursework desirable.
A minimum of 7 years’ industry experience.
Prior supervisory skills desirable.
Experience with both government and commercial channels desirable.

Excellent organizational and technical skills.
Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.
Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000/year
