About your future Team

Transaction Banking Operations is the pulsating heart inside Solaris. We own a handful of tasks, being responsible for both internal and external business operations requests. We work closely with Tech, Product and Compliance teams as well as third-party providers. Our main goal is to ensure the daily business operations are running smoothly. Your main contribution would be to support us in daily reconciliation procedures as well as getting involved in improvement and automation initiatives.

Your role

  • Leading the Card Operations team whose daily tasks include providing 2nd level support for all card related enquiries, processing Chargebacks and Fraud Management 
  • Build, manage, and scale our Card processes 
  • Support the definition of quarterly targets (OKRs) and develop & maintain KPIs that reflect the status of our processes, ensuring they are met
  • Improve our Card processes, maximize performance, fix root cause issues, and build scalable solutions 
  • Ensure quality assessment of the team’s performance; guiding and developing them to ensure continual improvement 
  • Timely incident management with involvement of relevant stakeholders 
  • Main point of contact for card topics for internal and external audits

  • Experience building and managing operational teams 
  • Minimum 4 years work experience in a bank or financial institution, preferably with strong knowledge of Cards and Schemes rules, PSD2 Regulations and PCI-DSS  
  • Strong knowledge of Chargeback process, Card Schemes and correspondent banking
  • Strong analytical skills and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets Skills required. SQL knowledge is a plus
  • Professional working proficiency in English
  • Ability to collaborate with both technical and business staff
