Your Role
- Act as subject matter expert for best in class digital business policy, processes, products and solutions
- Champion colleague culture, lead by example, and provide feedback and recognition at every opportunity
- Maintain cross product operational standards and consistency.
- Collaborate with technology and process engineering teams to design best in class business customer experiences while mitigating risks.
- Take over and drive new project initiatives aligned with strategic goals.
- Provide bespoke support and enable the proper discharge of oversight responsibilities across the organization and to meet regulatory requirements

- Significant experience, in KYC compliance, AML investigations or financial services
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements, industry standards and best practices related to KYC/AML compliance. (e.g., FATCA, GDPR)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to assess complex issues, develop innovative solutions and make informed decisions
- Proficiency in using relevant software and technology platforms for KYC operations, compliance, monitoring and reporting.
- Very good written and spoken English skills, knowledge of spoken and written German is an advantage
