About Your Future Team:
The Operations Analytics and Tooling team is responsible for operations reporting and Zendesk administration (availability and set up). We work closely with all Operations business units. Our goal is to deliver exceptional analytics to ensure business driven decision-making and an effective tool set-up for efficient teams.
Your Role
- Identify needs of stakeholders and find suitable solutions in Zendesk
- Drive implementation projects
- Troubleshooting technical issues and incidents
- Create complex, accurate and aligned reporting in Explore
- Supporting the integration of apps and API-based functionalities
- Support building Zendesk Workspaces, Sell, Chat, and Guide
- Drive to enhance efficiency and usability of the tool
- Other smaller administrative task in tools like Jira, Confluence, and our internal Backoffice

- A minimum of 2 year experience in managing and building Zendesk
- Preferably you have worked in operations
- You are self-sufficient and able to prioritize a multitude of task
- You’re always up to date on new Zendesk releases and innovative solutions
- A background in a tightly regulated industry is desired
- Proficiency in English, German is a plus
