Future Team:
You will become part of an interdisciplinary, talented team of software engineers, product owners and partner managers and take on important responsibility for the design of one of our products. Additionally, you will work across teams with other designers to spread your user-centred design mentality throughout the company.
Your role:
- Design new features
- Continuously improve the existing UI for usability, accessibility and aesthetics
- Discuss requirements and help product owners to refine them
- Work closely with product owners, partner managers and frontend engineers
- Oversee implementation of your designs
What you should bring along:
Depending on your level of experience, your responsibilities and scope of role will range. We don’t care much about fancy titles, but rather about real personal and professional development, as laid out in our learning framework. Let’s figure together out how you can contribute to our team.
- Min. 3 years of experience as UI/UX designer (as professional / mid-level or senior)
- Degree in any creative discipline (e.g. Interface Design, Communication Design, Interaction Design)
- A user centric mindset with a passion for details, but also the ability to zoom out to a holistic product view
- Experience with mobile interfaces (iOS, Android, Web) and responsive web design and according software to design them (e.g. Figma)
- Strong UI design skills (typography, layout, interaction patterns, usability, accessibility, aesthetics)
- Fluent in English, German to at minimum B1 level.
