About Your Future Team 

The Commercial Excellence team is a newly formed team within the Growth function and wider Commercial department. Our team’s key responsibilities are to facilitate commercial activities and drive success. More specifically, the team owns and manages commercial reporting, CRM management (Salesforce), supports on pricing related topics and steers ad hoc commercial initiatives. Your main contribution will be to support us in project management, commercial reporting, and automation initiatives.

The role can be based in either Paris or Berlin.

Your Role 

  • Project management of commercial related projects
  • Preparation of monthly / quarterly commercial reports for Management Board and Shareholders on behalf of Chief Growth Officer and Chief Commercial Officer
  • Improvement of existing reporting processes with a focus on automation
  • Track and manage internal commercial process and documentation optimisation work streams, linked to external regulatory requirements or other

  • You are a good communicator and fluent in English (verbal and written). German additional is a plus.
  • You are an exceptional project manager, capable of coordinating multiple work streams and stakeholders within the organization
  • You have minimum 3 years professional experience in the banking or fintech industry
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
  • Experience using Salesforce, Tableau and Jira advantageous
  • Experience in business analytics advantageous
  • Proactiveness and can-do attitude
