Your Role
The role will support Tech with all audits that concern the Tech organisation from audit planning to audit reporting and closing of deficiencies. Actively participate in the closing of audit deficiencies and communication with auditors.
- Work closely with Tech Management on the 1st Line of Defence, reporting directly into the CTO
- Get a good idea of the technical and organisational set up and improve Tech processes, methods and procedures in the banking environment to ensure we're compliant
- Support and repeatedly push the Tech employees in closing their findings, understand regulatory requirements (MaRisk, BAIT, COBIT, BSI, SITB, etc.) and deliver evidences
- Development and implementation of internal guidelines, in particular with IT reference and in line with the legal and regulatory standards
- Be a core driver in setting up a Continuous Auditing System, which is supposed to make the creation and collection of evidence for our audits increasingly efficient and effortless
- Project Management for IT related Audits and the operationalization of the closing of findings
- Participate in audit sessions, in particular in kick-offs and initial alignments in order to optimise procedural approaches and understand requirements
- Review of audit reports, analyses and reporting and consult the CIO and CTO on the further course of action

- Ideally, higher education degree, e. Computer Science, Finance, Economics or Business Management
- Professional qualification (Certified Information Systems Auditor or equivalent)
- Prior experience with legal and regulatory requirements (MaRisk, BAIT, COBIT, BSI, etc.)
- Interest in Technology and Technology Risks
- Minimum 4 years experience in IT Audit
- Strong project management and self organisation skills
- Very good written and spoken English
- Ability to follow a German conversation on regulatory topics if necessary
