Your role:
 
· Lead and develop a team of talented individuals, our Support Specialists (Tier 2)
· Your team is most important to you; the development of their skill sets to expand the team’s capabilities are a main duty
· You believe that a happy and engaged CS team results in happy customers, you support the creation of an environment and a culture that emphasizes employee satisfaction, work-life balance, and fun
· Drive KPIs to maintain and improve productivity and quality in the team
· Identify and eliminate obstacles to productivity and quality in complex processes
· Continuously champion and support improvements of a variety of topics such as procedures, workflows, and reporting
· You will be involved and even lead cross departmental tasks and projects
 
 
What you should bring along:
 
· +3 years leadership experience including staff responsibilities
· Proficiency in German and English, both verbal and in writing
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, motivated self-starter, proactive self-learner
· Your persuasive personality paired with outstanding communication skills make you a motivating and inspiring coach · You master the concept of radical candor 
· You can work in tight deadlines and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
· Experience in the Banking/ FinTech environment is a big plus
