About your future Team 

Banking Operations team is the pulsating heart inside Solarisbank. We handle a handful of tasks, being responsible for both internal and external business operations requests. We work closely with Sales Support, Tech, Product and Compliance teams as well as third-party providers. Our main goal is to ensure the daily business operations are running smoothly. Your main contribution would be to support us in daily processing as well as bringing improvements and automation to the current processes.

Your role

  • Build an SLA monitoring and reporting function, that effectively steers internal and external resourcing
  • Negotiate service level agreements with our providers to drive value
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and service levels and track provider performance
  • Design KPIs and service levels and corresponding reports to create transparency around our performance
  • Provide regular reports to internal management as well as our partners
  • Review and plan capacities in line with expected volumes and desired service levels

Our Perfect Match

  • 3+ years experience managing service levels
  • Completed undergraduate or graduate studies, preferably in a related field
  • Knowledge of KYC and related regulation is a plus
  • Very good English, German is a plus

Deine Rolle
 
  • Du baust eine neue Rolle auf, die Service Level Agreements (SLAs) überwacht und reportet, um interne und externe Kräfte an den richtigen Stellen einzusetzen
  • Du überprüfst mit unseren Lieferanten geschlossene SLAs und verhandelst sie neu, wo möglich und nötig
  • Du legst die richtigen Key Performance Indikatoren (KPIs) fest, um unsere eigenen Leistungen zu messen sowie die unserer Lieferanten
  • Du erstellst regelmässige Berichte für die Teamleiter und das weitere Management
  • Du überwachst und steuerst die Entwicklung unserer Ressourcensituation im Hinblick auf die Erfüllung unserer SLAs
 
 
Was Du mitbringst
 
  • Du hast 3+ Jahre Erfahrung mit dem Management von SLAs
  • Du hast einen Bachelor-Abschluss und/oder eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung in einer verwandten Branche (z.B. Bank-/Bürokaufmann, Betriebswirt)
  • Kenntnis von Know Your Client (KYC) bezogenen Regulierungen ist ein Plus
  • Du verfügst über sehr gut Deutschkenntnisse
  • Du kannst dich gut in Englisch verständigen
