The Role:

  • Set up the team to be able to successfully scale
  • Build an SLA monitoring and reporting function, that effectively steers internal and external resourcing
  • Build a quality assurance function and framework to improve our output and monitor delivery by external resource
  • ​Participate in defining business unit OKRs and translate them into workable targets for the team
  • Improve the documentation of processes and establish a training concept to shorten onboarding cycles
  • Collaborate closely with our Product and Tech teams to automate our work

 
Our Perfect Match:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a regulated environment, KYC-related, team lead or equivalent position
  • Completed undergraduate or graduate studies, preferably in a related field
  • Very strong knowledge of KYC related regulation, especially the German Geldwäschegesetz
  • You have built teams that have enabled the business to grow rapidly
  • Good understanding of AML/Compliance/KYC
  • Strong problem solving abilities and hands on growth mindset
  • German native and very good English
