Position‌ ‌Summary‌ 
 
The‌ ‌Technical‌ ‌Producer‌ ‌oversees‌ ‌all‌ ‌production‌ ‌workflow,‌ ‌control‌ ‌room‌ ‌programming,‌ ‌event‌ ‌preparation‌ ‌and‌ 
quality‌ ‌control‌ ‌for‌ ‌SoFi‌ ‌Stadium‌ ‌and‌ ‌Hollywood‌ ‌Park‌ ‌reporting‌ ‌to‌ ‌the‌ ‌Manager‌ ‌of‌ ‌Productions.‌ ‌Manages‌ ‌production‌ 
operations,‌ ‌support‌ ‌and‌ ‌execution‌ ‌for‌ ‌all‌ ‌major‌ ‌events‌ ‌including‌ ‌the‌ ‌Los‌ ‌Angeles‌ ‌Rams,‌ ‌Los‌ ‌Angeles‌ ‌Chargers‌ ‌and‌ 
all‌ ‌private‌ ‌events,‌ ‌while‌ ‌maintaining‌ ‌relationships‌ ‌with‌ ‌appropriate‌ ‌vendors,‌ ‌contractors‌ ‌and‌ ‌agencies‌ ‌required‌ ‌for‌ 
completion‌ ‌of‌ ‌each‌ ‌project.‌

Oversight‌ ‌of‌ ‌control‌ ‌room‌ ‌equipment‌ ‌implementation‌ ‌and‌ ‌ideation‌ ‌actualization‌ 
Oversight‌ ‌of‌ ‌content‌ ‌data‌ ‌system‌ ‌management‌ 
Planning‌ ‌&‌ ‌execution‌ ‌of‌ ‌video‌ ‌production‌ ‌for‌ ‌SoFi‌ ‌Stadium‌ ‌major‌ ‌and‌ ‌private‌ ‌events‌  
Planning‌ ‌&‌ ‌execution‌ ‌of‌ ‌broadcast‌ ‌productions‌ ‌for‌ ‌Hollywood‌ ‌Park‌  
Work‌ ‌closely‌ ‌with‌ ‌department‌ ‌Manager‌ ‌of‌ ‌Productions‌ ‌and‌ ‌Director‌ ‌of‌ ‌Broadcast‌ ‌Operations‌ ‌and‌ 
Technical‌ ‌Facilities‌ 
Coordinate‌ ‌deliverables‌ ‌with‌ ‌teams‌ ‌and‌ ‌third-party‌ ‌major‌ ‌events,‌ ‌including‌ ‌oversight‌ ‌of‌ ‌deadlines,‌ 
processes,‌ ‌revisions,‌ ‌quality‌ ‌control‌ ‌and‌ ‌execution‌ 
Oversight‌ ‌and‌ ‌activation‌ ‌of‌ ‌production‌ ‌scheduling‌ 
Software‌ ‌updates‌ ‌and‌ ‌training‌ ‌scheduling‌ 
Create‌ ‌new‌ ‌processes‌ ‌and‌ ‌procedures‌ ‌to‌ ‌improve‌ ‌department‌ ‌flow‌ ‌and‌ ‌communication‌ 
Work‌ ‌with‌ ‌Broadcast‌ ‌Engineering‌ ‌team‌ ‌to‌ ‌manage‌ ‌and‌ ‌document‌ ‌any‌ ‌necessary‌ ‌technical‌ ‌details‌ ‌to‌ 
maintain‌ ‌consistency‌ 
Possible‌ ‌Technical‌ ‌Director‌ ‌responsibilities‌ ‌for‌ ‌major‌ ‌and‌ ‌private‌ ‌events‌ 
Develop,‌ ‌document‌ ‌and‌ ‌maintain‌ ‌broadcast‌ ‌production‌ ‌procedures,‌ ‌workflow,‌ ‌tracking,‌ ‌scheduling‌ ‌and‌ 
resources‌ 
Provide‌ ‌direction‌ ‌and‌ ‌leadership‌ ‌during‌ ‌major‌ ‌events‌ ‌including‌ ‌problem‌ ‌solving,‌ ‌troubleshooting‌ ‌and‌ 
execution‌ 
Hands-on‌ ‌with‌ ‌video‌ ‌control‌ ‌room‌ ‌systems‌ ‌programming,‌ ‌quality‌ ‌control‌ ‌and‌ ‌execution‌ 
Develop‌ ‌redundancies‌ ‌with‌ ‌staff‌ ‌and‌ ‌technology‌ ‌to‌ ‌promote‌ ‌a‌ ‌healthy‌ ‌work/life‌ ‌balance‌ 
 
 
Qualifications‌ ‌and‌ ‌Education‌ ‌Requirements‌ 
 
Bachelor’s‌ ‌Degree‌ ‌emphasis‌ ‌in‌ ‌video‌ ‌production‌ 
5-10‌ ‌years’‌ ‌work‌ ‌experience‌ ‌in‌ ‌video‌ ‌and‌ ‌live‌ ‌production‌ 
Expert‌ ‌knowledge‌ ‌in‌ ‌control‌ ‌room‌ ‌programming,‌ ‌quality‌ ‌control‌ ‌and‌ ‌execution‌ 
 
 
 
Required‌ ‌Skills‌
