SoFi Stadium is located at Hollywood Park and will be a year-round sports and entertainment destination located just four miles from Los Angeles International Airport. The project covers 298 acres of office, retail, and residential space with the centerpiece of the district being a 70,000-seat stadium that will be the home of NFL games for both the Los Angeles Rams and Los Angeles Chargers. SoFi Stadium and Hollywood Park will also play host to the 2022 Super Bowl, the 2023 College Football National Championship, and the Opening and Closing ceremonies of the 2028 Olympics, as well as major concerts and other entertainment year-round.
This position will entail various office tasks at the SoFi Stadium Welcome Center, along with event and game day responsibilities. The Welcome Center Coordinator should be a professional, self-motivated, positive individual with a desire to work in sports.
Manage incoming tour requests and approval process
Coordinate guest access through security gate
Set up personal protective equipment for outgoing tours
Manage transportation requests, invoices, and payments
Assign tour guides according to availability
Set up Welcome Center and power on technology daily
Maintain neat and presentable Welcome Center area
Audit and submit visitor release forms
Demonstrated ability to manage reception area with frequent visitors
Polished and professional demeanor, notably around high profile clientele
Ability to effectively handle and prioritize multiple tasks and incoming requests
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
At least 2 years of experience in a client facing role
