The Job at a Glance  

We are seeking a Member Experience Manager/Senior Manager who is obsessed with creating seamless, holistic, delightful experiences for people, so they get the most out of their supplemental benefits. The role involves developing and delivering standard and personalized materials and experiences across physical, digital, and telephony channels, using human-centered language, design, and heuristics. The role works closely and collaboratively with product, engineering, customer care, account management, and our implementation team. A successful Member Experience Manager/Senior Manager lives for details, manages complexity for breakfast, loves a good timeline, and is driven by making people’s lives and health outcomes better. A familiarity with content management systems, email marketing text messaging, and user experience doesn’t hurt either. 

What You’ll Do  

Working within an organization created at the intersection of health care, retail and financial technology, no two days will look the same. Typical responsibilities of the role include:   

  • Play a critical role in developing and executing innovative and impactful programs that enhance the member experience 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including, operations, implementation, and finance, to ensure alignment and effectiveness of programs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including external partners and vendors
  • Develop and apply templates for consistent communications in a number of different platforms, including our CMS platform, consumer engagement platform, and traditional platforms like PowerPoint, Miro, and others
  • Develop and track highly versioned materials across key customers and plan types
  • Manage inventory estimates and materials ordering
  • Lead collateral review and work with partners on their internal and state reviews.
  • Partner with other teams to identify gaps in Member Experience and improvement opportunities across channels
  • Light copywriting for clear communications
  • Maintain project documentation for key stake holders, implementation managers, project team members, and customer resources including but not limited to project schedules, status updates, and review documentation
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of consumer behavior and market trends to inform engagement strategies

Other Requirements  

  • Occasional travel may be required from time to time as part of the role, for company events and business needs.   
  • Work Environment. Soda Health is a remote-first, distributed workforce. Candidates should be comfortable with, and equipped to work within, a distributed remote team, including having reliable internet access and basic home office equipment. Soda Health will provide a work laptop, and mouse/keyboard upon request.
