Here at Socialpoint, we are delighted to be looking for a Producer to join our ExDev Team.

 

About the role:

As our ExDev Producer, you will assume a pivotal role in coordinating and overseeing various aspects of our projects, demonstrating exceptional organizational and communication skills. Your role entails efficient multitasking while demonstrating a strong sense of ownership and meticulous follow-through on daily business requirements. As a self-motivated professional, you will be responsible for project management, tracking, scheduling, financial management, and maintaining effective communication with studios and vendors.

Our company has several launched games and a bunch of other games in development, hence the variety of styles of the games leads to a pleasant work environment, full of new experiences and challenges. Think and build to grow together and succeed at all levels...

 

To achieve sustainable results, you will work in collaboration and report directly to the Senior ExDev Producer in the following areas:

  • Oversee multiple high-priority projects/initiatives with different needs and geographic locations.
  • Manage the outsourcing pipeline and assist with scheduling.
  • Ensure alignment between Studios and Service Providers.
  • Explore and maintain vendor relationships, onboarding new vendors if needed.
  • Be involved in pricing negotiations and deal structures.
  • Draft contracts, manage POs, and approve invoices for ongoing projects.
  • Track and send reports on budget spend and project status.
  • Provide budget analysis and forecasting support to the team.
  • Be involved in project planning, analyze situations to identify roadblocks, and problem-solve around them.
  • Work to build or improve on current processes, striving for maximum efficiency.

 

To join our Guild you’ll need:

  • 2-3 years of industry experience.
  • Outsourcing/Vendor management experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Sheets Required.
  • Adaptability and the ability to work in a high-paced environment.
  • Forward-looking, able to anticipate and avoid challenges.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English required.
  • Self-motivated and have strong organizational skills.
  • High level attention to detail.
  • Experience working cross-functionally across many groups in the company.
  • Able to improve own productivity and be a positive influence on the team.

 

And also, you should be:

  • Professional, proactive, team player, rigorous and detail oriented.
  • You have strong opinions on maintaining high quality work, can defend them and  open to receive and provide constructive feedback.
  • You work fast and can adapt to fast changing situations.
