The Account Management Team delivers best-in-class service and strategy to SocialCode’s varied client base. The Director, Account Management role requires stellar management approach paired with a strong understanding of marketing & paid social media advertising space. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strengthening and growing existing high-level client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and elevating strategic thought leadership across SocialCode.The Account Management team’s ultimate goal is to provide top-notch client services and account management excellence, and the Director provides the high touch leadership to make that happen.

Do you have the skills to develop, deepen, and scale innovation and partnerships? 


  • Oversee an Account Management team of 15 people or more, including driving a portfolio of 3-5 client partnerships ranging from early disruptors to Fortune 1000 brands
  • Coach and develop individual team members to maximize their strengths to grow in their careers and deliver the best possible outcomes
  • Contribute to process and other operational improvements that elevate our offering and service to clients, and maintain a strong team experience 
  • Act as business lead of client partnerships to move the needle on client business outcomes
  • Develop and cultivate client relationships with VPs of Marketing and CMO level execs
  • Develop and evangelize best vertical work to set and iterate on SocialCode vertical approach
  • Collaborate with all internal departments to ensure delivery with top-tier products and services
  • Provide vital market feedback to leaders of SocialCode with the goal of upleveling our products and client service team 
  • Brainstorm new ways to use learnings and insights from social to inform recommendations that drive advertising effectiveness across all digital channels 


  • BA with an emphasis in marketing, advertising, or business
  • 7-13 years experience managing clients and relationships
  • 6+ years of digital media experiences
  • Experience buying digital media, including programmatic
  • Experience managing and growing teams
  • Proven track record of strengthening and growing new and existing client relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated critical thinking ability
  • Self-starter who is comfortable with a rapidly-changing environment
  • Energetic, relentless drive to succeed, TEAM player
