Roles And Responsibilities

  • Support planning, buying, and optimization of programmatic media across a portfolio of clients
  • Implement best practices for bidding, budget management, targeting, ad operations, and reporting
  • Develop and update documentation of optimizations and learnings
  • Collaborate with account management and sales teams on programmatic media plans
  • Educate internal and external clients on SocialCode’s programmatic offering, results, and optimizations
  • Design and implement strategies to improve performance for clients, supporting recommendations with data
  • Report and communicate results to internal stakeholders on a daily, weekly, monthly and as needed basis

 

Requirements

  • 3+ years of programmatic media buying experience with proven ability to drive performance
  • BA with an emphasis on marketing, advertising, business, or computer science

 

Ideal Candidate

  • Advanced user of at least one DSP (DBM, Appnexus, Trade Desk, Media Math, Amobee, etc)
  • Proven experience with different bid types (CPC, CPA, CPV) across multiple advertiser verticals
  • Knowledge of statistical concepts relevant to optimization, as well as scientific testing in live media environments
  • Strong familiarity with ad operations and campaign management (e.g. tagging, ad-servers, viewability tracking)
  • Someone who has a holistic perspective on digital marketing with a strong understanding of how different media channels works together in a campaign
  • Excellent written, interpersonal and communication skills - you must be able to communicate with peers and leadership
  • Proven ability to thrive in highly collaborative work environments
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask with solid time management skills
