The Account Management Team delivers best-in-class service and highly sophisticated direct response media performance to SocialCode’s diverse client base. Account Managers drive end-to-end client service excellence by building strategic recommendations and executing complex ad campaigns to deliver on client KPIs. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to hone expert-level media skills across major media platforms while supporting Challenger + Disruptor Brands and marketing organizations to solve challenges of all shapes and sizes.

HOW YOU CAN MAKE AN IMPACT
- Provide client service from media planning through to optimization, reporting and wrap-up
- Act as a trusted day-to-day touch point with our clients/brands regarding campaign delivery data pertinent to business goals
- Creation and daily monitoring of campaigns
- Testing and analysis of key metrics to optimize performance and meet business objectives
- Monitoring of daily reporting statistics for accuracy
- Recommending changes to existing products, policies, and processes that improve overall performance
- Brainstorming new ways to improve advertising and engagement on Facebook, Instagram, Google/Programmatic, Amazon, Twitter, Pinterest Snapchat, and YouTube
REQUIREMENTS
- BA or equivalent with emphasis on coursework in marketing, advertising, business; preferably a degree in Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics
- 2+ years of account management experience within digital and/or social
- Excel skills: comfort with pivot tables is a MUST. You pivot in your sleep.
- Experience in working with large datasets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated critical thinking ability
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Proven ability to navigate client and external communication
- Self-starter who is comfortable with a rapidly-changing environment
- Energetic, relentless drive to succeed, TEAM player
- Bonus: Knowledge in SQL, Salesforce, statistical tools and/or programming
