Go-to-Market (GTM) Automation is the technology and tooling we use to support our sales and marketing efforts. We use Salesforce for CRM and CPQ as well as other functions, and its importance as one of our most critical applications continues to grow. We also use Marketo and a host of other sales, marketing and data tools to support these parts of the Snyk’s business.

We are looking for a key leader to join as our Senior Director, GTM Automation. In this role you will serve as the primary liaison between our business stakeholders and our GTMA delivery teams. You will strategize with key leaders and stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment on key initiatives such as self serve, GTM motions, as well as marketing operations, among other groups. 

You’ll spend your time:

  • Working with key GTM stakeholders from: Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, Finance and other teams to understand their GTM Automation needs and priorities.
  • Ensuring the work we do is aligned with and in support of key company priorities.
  • Creating and improving our processes for understanding, sizing, prioritizing and communicating our work.
  • Coaching and leading the GTMA Product Leader, GTMA Engineering Leader, and the Business Applications Architect. 

You should apply if you:

  • Are an experienced engineering leader who is comfortable managing SaaS and homegrown systems
  • Have e-commerce experience on a global scale
  • Have significant experience with Salesforce in a leadership role
  • Have experience in building platforms and products for internal customers, with the ability to drive adoption of these products
  • Have experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders and managing priorities
  • Are user-focused and enjoy building effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the company
  • Are able to adapt in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage competing priorities and multi-task
  • Communicate proactively, and enjoy working with people from multiple disciplines across engineering, marketing, sales, security, HR and finance
  • Adept at working across multiple teams, with the ability to set a vision and roadmap at a group level.
