Snyk is looking for a resourceful Digital Marketing Analytics Senior Manager to further accelerate our fast-growing digital channels. 

In this strategic role, you will provide data driven insights, and deliver actionable inputs to our digital teams to help them optimize their current programs and future investments. You will coordinate efforts from the digital marketing, marketing operations & BI teams to design the measurement framework, build the relevant dashboards and support forecasting efforts. You will lead hands-on analytical activities and coordinate data aggregation projects, dashboard and report building, data modeling and forecasting. 

Your excellent communication skills will allow you to excel in a technical environment and to present findings to peers and senior management in a concise and impactful manner.

You will report into the Head of Marketing Operations.

You’ll be spending your time:

  • Leading digital analytics work spanning digital platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc),  Web (Google Analytics), Email (Marketo), SEO and BI (Looker)
  • Working with marketing specialists, marketing operations, and BI to identity, pull, compile and validate data sets and turn them into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Supporting on-going (weekly, monthly, quarterly) reporting & ad hoc analytics requests; Tracking, monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on program performance / impact on campaign goals (awareness, lead to opportunity influence), identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Building visual dashboards & reports in Looker & in-tool advertising platforms including:
    • Requirements gathering & ideation
    • Wireframing & feedback gathering
    • Initial builds and on-going iterations
  • Staying on top of the latest trends in the industry (web analytics, SEO, SEM, Paid Media, Paid Social, Social Listening, Relationship Management, digital content and campaign management) to spearhead new quantitative and qualitative methodologies to identify growth opportunities

You’ll do amazing things in this role if you:

  • Love hands-on data work and have proven success in going beyond the numbers in effective story-telling and insightful executive presentations
  • Are passionate about digital Marketing and analytics thought-leadership (from digital advertising and privacy regulations evolution, to attribution modeling and awareness measurement)
  • Have experience in B2B marketing (preferably technology / SaaS / cybersecurity)
  • Have prior experience aggregating data, building data visualizations, dashboards and reports with SQL/Big query/Looker but are not allergic to spreadsheet work when required
  • Have excellent communication skills, exhibit a high EQ, and enjoy the speed of a fast-paced, highly engaged startup environment
