Associate Customer Success Manager

Location: Boston or Ottawa (In-office) 

We’re looking for a curious and personable Customer Success Associate to join our Customer Success org and work to drive value for our customers.

The Customer Success team helps our customers build value using Snyk's Open Source Security products for their company quickly and effectively. This includes taking them through the onboarding journey and helping them build value for their company by using Snyk. You'll help build and maintain the long term relationship with the customer by advocating their needs internally across departments like Product, Support, and Sales.

You’ll spend your time:

  • understanding each organization's technical setup and workflow, and helping our Customer Success Managers plan Snyk programs that suit their needs. 
  • supporting the team to ensure customers are getting value out of the product and are adopting new features.
  • learning how to gather data and account history to analyze trends that support customer business reviews. 
  • supporting our tech support team and product teams on customer updates. 
  • gathering usage patterns, feature requests, and feedback to share with the product team. 

You’d be a great fit if you:

  • are pragmatic, curious to explore new domains and technologies, and are a proactive problem-solver 
  • are familiar with full-stack web development (e.g. experience with JavaScript)
  • are interested in developer workflows and standard tooling (e.g. GitHub, Jira, Jenkins, VScode)
  • have a team-first mentality, and care about helping others be as successful as you want to be
  • are excited about SaaS products, and want to help our customers gain more value from Snyk
  • are agile and can prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • have flawless written English, and you're confident running customer-facing communications.
