Our Sales Operations organization is actively seeking a Sales Analytics Manager to contribute to building analytics/reporting capability for Sales Engineering and Professional Service Organization. Examples of deliverables include centralized performance dashboard, productivity deep dive, pipeline management and monitoring.
Reporting to the Director of Sales Business Intelligence, you will be part of a team charged with structuring and executing the quantitative analyses and management reporting needed to run day to day operations and inform sales and company executive strategic decision making to meet our rapid growth objectives. You will collaborate cross functionally to drive performance improvement, contribute to GTM strategy planning, and be the go-to expert on all GTM metrics. You will build scalable frameworks for reporting and analytics, such that you can spend much of your time using insights to drive the strategy and direction of our sales team. You will be a key part of the hands-on group driving strategy for Sales.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
Partner with Sales Engineering Leadership team and Professional Services Leadership team on operational reporting and analytical requests: Sales productivity and performance analysis, quota setting and attainment, Pipeline management and monitoring
Support the planning team in developing a data-driven global expansion roadmap which aligns cross-functional execution towards Snowflake’s revenue goals
Identify critical bottlenecks for reporting and analytics, and own projects to build/revamp the process to streamline and automate key sales operations activities to enable growth at scale
Identify critical trends and provide actionable business insights to Snowflake leadership to drive go-to-market strategy
ON DAY ONE WE WILL EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:
5+ years of professional experience with a core focus in Business Intelligence and Analytics; high growth B2B technology in Software, Platform and/or IaaS experience is highly preferred
Advanced skills/knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint, and Financial/Operational Modeling
Advanced knowledge of SQL and relational database, and have built/managed dashboard suites in Business Intelligence platform (Looker, Tableau)
Proven analytical and quantitative skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving
