We’re growing and looking for a driven SEC Reporting Manager to join our team. You will report to the Sr. Director, Accounting and Reporting, and this key position will be responsible for leading the SEC reporting process, including quarter and year-end reporting related to the earnings, including ownership over cashflows, equity accounting and EPS calculations.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Assist in the preparation of all SEC filings (Form S-1, 10Q, 10K, etc.) including managing the review and approval process of all SEC filings with external auditors, senior management, legal counsel, disclosure committee and audit committee.
Prepare quarterly financial statements, including statement of cashflows and EPS calculations.
Prepare disclosure checklists and ensure compliance with all GAAP and disclosure requirements
Assist with the preparation or review of stock-based compensation accounting, earnings per share, preferred stock and other equity accounting analyses, reconciliations and journal entries for month-end close
Manage quarterly reporting checklists, auditor reviews to ensure timely completion of quarter-end reporting activities
Support the annual audit and quarterly review activities with external auditors
Ad hoc projects, analysis and reporting as required by management
WHO YOU ARE:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting with CPA license required
Prior Public accounting / audit experience with Big 4 highly desired
Strong background with SEC filings (S-1,10K, 10Q, XBRL tagging) required, prior IPO experience (S-1 filings, etc.) considered a plus
Experience with public company stock administration and expense reporting, and SEC reporting tools are preferred
Excellent project management skills and the ability to collaborate with management and others in the company
Self-starter with proactive approach to problem identification and remediation solutions
