As a member of Snowflake's Global Professional Services and Training (PS&T) team, you will work closely with our world-class team to create and manage PS&T programs and documentation to support our customers and field personnel. Working in a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding environment, you will experience first-hand the immediate and direct impact your contributions have on Snowflake's rapidly-expanding base of global customers.
Providing oversight for PS&T Tech Groups including design and documentation of best practices
Supporting and maintaining the development of new PS&T offerings, focusing on the creation of content, SOW descriptions, and delivery education
Regularly updating existing PS&T offerings based on customer feedback, sales field feedback, and new product features/releases
Supporting and maintaining the PS&T knowledge base and repository
Planning and managing technical training events (e.g. Sales Kick-Off)
Managing technical support for PS&T at company-wide marketing events (e.g. Snowflake Summit)
Developing and maintaining the PS&T recruiting framework
Developing and maintaining the PS&T on-boarding program
Defining and capturing delivery methodology and best practices
Creating PS&T collateral and managing IP
Maintaining delivery templates and artifacts
Developing and publishing white papers
Editing technical blog posts
Developing training materials, implementation guides, best practices, and FAQs
BA/BS in relevant field
Demonstrated experience in the Data Analytics ecosystem (e.g., data warehouse, business intelligence, data science / machine learning, data engineering)
7+ years experience working with PS teams to help define offerings, document delivery templates and artifacts, and create offering marketing material
Experience with professional services delivery, methodologies, agile, etc.
Knowledge about cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and SaaS product offerings
Experience with all aspects of the content development lifecycle, including:
Information gathering, interviewing, and research
Content authoring, management, and online/web publishing
