As a Customer Marketing Manager, you will live Snowflake’s customer-success centric culture and build lasting relationships with Snowflake customers, while creating strong brand champions eager to share their stories.
In this role, you will work closely with our Sales, Product Marketing, Alliances, Field Marketing, Social Media Marketing and PR teams to help tell Snowflake’s story through the voice of the customer. As a Customer Marketing Manager, you will:
Always put the customer first: build meaningful customer relationships and help tell Snowflake’s story through our customers in a way that brings value to them as well
Liaise between the Sales, Product and Community teams to identify strong customer champions
Help scale customer advocacy content by driving new customer videos, case studies, finding customer speakers for speaking/media opportunities, testimonials, webinars, etc.
Track, analyze and optimize customer engagement and advocacy efforts
Manage and maintain the communication cycle with existing customer champions while continuously recruiting new customer advocates
Strategize new and effective ways to engage with key customers and recruit them for customer advocacy
Coordinate with Sales and Product Marketing to build out customer stories that align with key themes, use cases, and industries
Our ideal Customer Marketing Manager will be:
Highly organized, self-directed and passionate about serving and understanding customers
Seasoned project management skills, a strong sense of initiative, attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure, while juggling and meeting multiple deadlines
Creative thinker with both short and long-term strategic vision to help reach communication and marketing goals
A team player with a strong history of execution and a demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally
2-3 years of B2B marketing experience- customer marketing experience is a plus!
Comfortable working in a small but VERY rapidly growing company environment
Excellent communication skills and strong writing skills
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
