Snowflake, the leading cloud data platform, is looking for a talented Demand Generation Specialist to join our growing marketing team. As a Demand Generation Specialist, you will focus on email and webinar marketing to drive qualified conversions. You will create nurturing and trigger-based email campaigns, deliver tailored marketing messages to targeted personas and drive optimization through frequent and ongoing testing and analysis. The ideal candidate will embody our company values, be creative, have a collaborative work ethic, strong attention to detail, data-driven decision making, and a passion to deliver programs and projects that drive the growth and health of our business.
As a Demand Generation Specialist at Snowflake you will:
Plan, create, and execute email and webinar programs for the core Snowflake use cases, by working closely with product marketing and partners, to jointly develop the overall positioning, messaging, storytelling, and strategic plans.
Analyze campaign results in detail, draw insights and make data-based adjustments.
Increase key email metrics such as open, click through, conversion rates and influenced ACV, by implementing testing methodologies.
Create and manage new displacement and defensive campaigns with product marketing and partners, to position our strengths and leadership within the market
Create a new virtual event program, leveraging our best performing event content to increase database growth and engagement.
Execute a monthly newsletter to our database, based upon persona, promoting upcoming new content/webinars/events
Continuously update and improve upon existing core nurture paths
Our ideal Demand Generation Specialist will have/be:
Minimum 2 - 3 years of marketing experience working in a fast-growing, start-up environment.
Working knowledge of Marketo and Salesforce.
Excellent written communication skills: you will be developing direct response copy for email and landing pages.
Experience growing a database organically and generating MQLs for SDRs.
Ability to learn new technologies, products and systems quickly.
Expertise in understanding data, telling stories and executing across channels to create a customer-focused experience.
1+ year experience with SQL or other programming languages
