Snowflake is looking for someone with adaptability and aptitude to help the team across a broad range of areas within Engineering, Product, and Support.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will partner with members of our Technical team to represent the company in a positive and effective manner. In this role you will work closely with an Executive Assistant and manage the day-to-day operations of the office, and help keep Snowflake employees happy and productive. This team member plays a critical role in maintaining a positive and welcoming environment for everyone at Snowflake.
Manage and maintain calendars for Engineering Managers, including one VP
Responsible for greeting executives guests (ie. interviews, customers, etc.) and ensuring every guest sign in upon arrival.
Arrange Travel as needed
Process travel expenses and reimbursements
Manage invoices / Purchase Orders
Assist with the day-to-day projects
Schedule and plan monthly meetings and/or events
Respond to questions and requests for information by employees and guests
Maintain Department Org Chart and Email Alias’
Coordinate all issues / general reporting following up on all office issues
Other duties as assigned
Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of work experience preferred
Positive, can-do attitude with a kind and helpful personality.
Strong interpersonal skills; works well with others and demonstrates supportive customer service skills.
Self-sufficient and all around go getter with a strong work ethic
