We are looking for an experienced, creative and pragmatic problem solver like yourself to serve as Sr. Corporate Counsel reporting to an Associate General Counsel in a growing, world-class legal team. You have the experience in working with cross-functional teams to help grow and scale Snowflake’s alliances and professional services teams. You thrive in negotiating agreements and driving projects, including the creation and management of new programs, templates and business models.
As our Sr. Corporate Counsel, you will:
Develop, review, negotiate and draft complex cloud reseller and partnership agreements related to SaaS solutions
Develop, review, negotiate and draft professional services related agreements, including SOWs, subcontractor, reseller and other agreements related to professional services
Provide sound advice and guidance on legal and business-related issues to senior business leaders
Lead and develop strategic initiatives designed to enable adoption and use of Snowflake technologies and services
Effectively manage a large number of strategic deals and initiatives
Support continuous improvements of forms, policies and processes to help streamline, simplify and automate the contracting processes
You are someone who enjoys negotiating contracts with customer/partners and can work effectively with cross-functional teams to drive company initiatives. Your leadership and expertise will drive creative, customer-focused, practical and proactive legal guidance. The ideal candidate will have:
7+ years of relevant experience supporting Alliances and Professional Services and commercial transactions for an enterprise software/SaaS company
A strong background structuring, drafting and negotiating SaaS/software related commercial transactions
Experience dealing with data privacy, intellectual property, professional services, reseller, channel/alliance and other go-to-market programs
A knack for quickly identify issues and find pragmatic solutions
The ability to organize, prioritize and manage a number of strategic initiatives in a demanding, fast-paced environment
The ability to work well as a member of a close-knit team
A good sense of humor and a cool head
