Program Description:

Snap! Raise is the nation’s leading technology platform for school, team, and club fundraising across the United States. We started this company by making a difference in our communities, right here in our own backyard. We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our growing team at our South Lake Union office. The Customer Success Manager will work directly with our external Market Development Managers to support group leaders across the country to help them realize and exceed their fundraising goals.



  • Work alongside external Market Development Managers by supporting their territory, ensuring our customers are set up for long term success
  • On-board new customers and provide expert customer insight to internal constituents including product, marketing, and sales
  • Operate as lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to assigned accounts by providing best in class customer support and product knowledge
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
  • Build credibility and trust with customers
  • Assist with campaign launches and managing territory’s book of business
  • Up-sell/cross-sell customers on our products and services
  • Proactively identify issues and engage with customers to reduce risk and churn
  • Develop tools, processes, and best practices to ensure that customers are getting the best value out of the Snap! Platform
  • Exceed performance targets


What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2-3 years of prior experience in a dedicated Customer Success or Account Management role preferred
  • Experience managing large volume of clients preferred
  • Comfortable and confident making 30+ calls per day
  • Team player who works well with others
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Determined, eager to take initiative
  • Self-driven, competitive, and proactive nature
