Snapdocs is a rapidly growing company backed by investors like Sequoia, Y Combinator, F-Prime and Tiger Global. We're an innovative team taking on the extensive mortgage market, bringing scalable and sophisticated software to a pillar of the US economy that still relies on fax machines and manila envelopes. Today, 20% of real estate transactions are processed through our platform. As we expand our product offering to serve more customers, we need to grow our team with smart, hungry, and curious people. That’s where you come in…"

As we expand our product offerings and tackle a broader range of customers, we’re looking for a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to take our products to an underserved market in need of modern tools.  In this role, you will evangelize Snapdocs vision of digitizing the mortgage and closing process and bringing value to all participants in that process. Your core responsibility will be to identify, develop, negotiate and close enterprise sales deals from a defined target account list. You will be working with the heads of operations and closing at some of the largest lenders and title insurance providers in the US to help them improve the way they engage with their clients and run their closing process today. Partnering closely with the VP of Sales and Marketing, you will determine how to strategically generate net new revenue and bring in new logos. We will rely on your strong sales skills to identify and work with key stakeholders that can drive consensus across the organization and help push deals forward.

Our ideal candidate has honed the ability to sell, negotiate, and close C-level six-figure deals. Over the past 6+ years of selling Enterprise Applications/SaaS software, you have navigated complex sales cycles with multiple decision makers, overcome objections, and identified value for your clients while consistently delivering on (or above) your quota. You have the startup mindset and know what is required to be a success in a maturing org. It's a plus if you have spent some time selling into the financial services vertical but not a deal breaker. Your unique ability to listen and connect makes it easy for clients to commit to next steps and has been the key to your success in growing revenue by driving account penetration.

The salary for the role is $300,000 OTE.

Snapdocs strongly values diversity and drive. We want to work with people of different backgrounds and different paths in life, and we trust our team to make smart decisions. This means we value independent work as well as collaboration.

Our benefits include (but are not limited to):

  • Excellent health, dental, and vision benefits
  • 401(k) with up to 4% company match
  • 16 weeks paid parental leave (regardless of gender)
  • Flexible time off policy
  • Flexible spending account for healthcare and dependent care
  • Life and disability insurance

As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
