Snackpass mobile order and kiosk are the next generation of the in-store customer experience, replacing traditional registers. We enable mobile ordering, group buying, and social rewards for users. On our platform, restaurants grow their brand by converting offline purchasers into digital followers, while saving on labor costs.

While we’ve seen the rise of online delivery apps, delivery makes up less than 10% of the restaurant market. There is a $600B opportunity to make offline takeout and dine-in transactions digital, self-service, and connected, and we’re leading this movement.
About the Role ✨
Projects you'll be working on 💻
Becoming an expert in the health and quality of our various product lines to assist support investigate and resolve reported issues
Thoroughly QA testing different products both at home and in the field, talking with customers and generally trying to break things
Building strategic relationships and managing communication and alignment across multiple partner teams
Developing compelling objective analyses and recommendations over aggregate trends from user feedback
Communicating impact of product changes to internal stakeholders
What we're looking for 👀
2+ years of experience working in tech, consulting, or an operational capacity
Experience prioritizing competing demands in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment
Experience constructing interpersonal relationships across teams, communicating technical content and analytical insights to multiple audiences
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Geographically based in a Snackpass market
