About the Role ✨
The Snackpass Operations & Installation team plays an essential part in sharing our mission and welcoming valued partners to Snackpass. Central Operations Associates are dedicated to providing comprehensive support and strategic implementation for our newest restaurant partners as they get their in-store hardware installed. Central Operations Associates are the behind-the-scenes magicians in providing a top of the line experience for our restaurant partners. This role will be on a hybrid model - 50% remote work and 50% work in our office+warehouse in Hayward, CA.
What you’d be working on 🖥
Build and own process for scheduling and dispatching technicians for kiosk installations and troubleshooting
Refine our SOPs for kiosk installations
Become an expert in all things Snackpass kiosk — hardware, software, assembly
Live support via calls and FaceTimes with our on-site technicians to ensure A+ in-store experience
Work closely with our Operations, Onboarding, Sales, and Product teams to deliver a word class experience to our restaurant partners
