About the Role ✨
We are looking for an Operations Manager - Warehouse to join our Operations Team and help us get our restaurants up and running and keep them in top shape. The Operations Manager will manage and maintain the day-to-day operations of the central warehouse, assist in fulfillment and logistics across the East Coast, and ensure the end customer experience for our partners is world class level. This role will report directly to the Hardware & Logistics Lead.
What you'll be working on 💻
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Snackpass NYC central warehouse and East Coast fulfillment and logistics
Ensure all shipping and logistics SLAs are met and completed accurately and in a timely manner
Build and assemble hardware that includes kiosks, tablets and onboarding kits
Write reports and updates on the operations and supply of the NYC warehouse
Process and maintain stock for all decentralized warehouses
Hire and manage a team of warehouse contractors
Perform troubleshooting and assistance support with hardware and software products at store locations and at the warehouse
Track, report and forecast critical supply and demand metrics. Use data to optimize processes, creatively solve problems, and track results.
Work closely with our Product, Onboarding, Sales, and Product teams to deliver a word class experience to our restaurant partners.
